Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

This Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) for www.terrahasta.com (“Website”) is between LoomCraft Creations Private Limited (“We/Us/the Company”), the Website’s users (“Buyer(s)/You”).
 
Customer satisfaction is one of the main objectives of the Company and We use our best endeavors to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Therefore, We have coined this Policy in a manner that would enable the Buyers  to avail hassle free returns or refunds. In an unlikely event where You wish to return a product please follow the below process:
 
  1. Returns and Replacement:
The procedure for the return of products is simple! If the product does not meet the Buyer’s expectations, the Buyer will have to follow these simple steps:
  • Notify Us on the contact information provided on the Website, of receipt of a damaged/ defective product within 2 (two) days of delivery to You. Please note that, if for any reason the Buyer is unable to do so within this timeline, We shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order or provide him/her with a refund, as the case maybe; Please note that some products will not be returnable, in such cases it will be mentioned clearly on the Website along with the product.
 
  • Please ensure that the product is unused. Please note that there would be no re-fund for a used product.
 
  • Upon the Buyer’s intimation to the concerned person regarding his/her desire to return the product and the reason for doing so and upon confirmation of such request, We will arrange for a pick-up of such product through our logistics partner. In the event that We are unable to do so, We will notify the Buyer regarding the same and the Buyer would be required to arrange for the dispatch of the product using a reputed courier service/logistics partner recommended by Us within 2 (two) days from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed to the Buyer within 10 (ten) days. Please note that, We shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the product during transit.
 
  • Please note that, all products must be returned in their original packing and must be unaltered, unused and must not have not been tampered with. Return must be made along with the original invoice and all other accompanying forms/documents that came with the original packing. It is expressly clarified that certain products would not be eligible for return including but not limited to the products sold at a discount.
 
 
  • The product must be properly and thoroughly packed in order to avoid any damage during transit.
 
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by the Company in order to reasonably determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. If the claim is not legitimate, the Buyer will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. In the event that the Buyer utilized the services of the logistics partner of the Company, We shall be entitled to deduct the cost of the same along with an addition handling cost of INR 100 (Rupees One Hundred) from the amount claimed by the Buyer.
 
  • You are required to specify whether You wish to have the product replaced or if You would like to receive a refund. In the event that the relevant seller determines that a replacement would not be possible, a refund would be provided to You, provided that the terms and conditions of this Policy have been complied with.
 
  • If You the Buyer wishes to return the product and have it replaced/receive a refund, he/she would be required to provide a reason for such return. Such as ‘product was damaged’, ‘product did not match the specifications’, ‘delay in delivery’ ‘product was defective’, ‘incorrectly product was sent to you’ etc. Once the Buyer has completed the procedure, the seller would be informed about the request. In the event that the seller accepts the request, the Buyer shall be required to ship the product back to the seller as per the shipping procedure provided on the Website. Upon receipt of the product, the seller shall have the right to inspect the product before initiating the refund or providing the Buyer with a replacement, as the case maybe. The seller shall be required to provide the Buyer with an update within 2  (two) days of receiving the product and if there is no dispute, the seller shall provide the refund/replacement within 10 (ten) days.
 
  • If the event that the seller fails to adhere to any of the timelines provided above, please contact us and We shall initiate a refund in Your favor within  5  (five) days.
Please note that, there are no cancellations once the purchase is transacted on the Website. In case of any exceptions, at the Company’s discretion, two-way shipping charges shall have to be borne by the Buyer.
 
  1. Refunds:
If the Buyer has requested for a refund and the seller duly accepts the product returned, the value of such product in Indian Rupees, as originally paid by the Buyer shall be refunded to the Buyer. In this case, return shipping charges and a handling fee of INR100 (Rupees One Hundred) per order will be applicable. Refund will be processed based on the Buyer’s mode of payment through the approved payment gateway and refunds will be credited directly into the respective accounts. It is hereby clarified that the products available on the Website are for sale only within the territory of India. In the event that the Buyer accesses the Website and places an order for a product to be delivered to a location in another country, We shall not be liable to either deliver the product or provide any refund.

We make all efforts to provide a pleasant experience. However, in the event that there is an issue or dispute with any seller, please contact us at care@terrahasta.com. Please note that, any dispute should be reported within 2 (two) days of its occurrence.
*We reserve the right to modify/amend/update this Policy at our sole discretion. It shall be Your responsibility to visit the Website regularly to learn of any such change.
